| Did you know that less than 6% of the world's pastors have a Bible college or seminary education? One of the strategic needs of the world today is for the training of Christian leaders. Some South American churches have grown to the place where they are now on the verge of being a mission force. Other areas of South America have no significant Christian wtiness. Our vision is to be involved in transforming the growing church from a mission field into a mission force. Around the world doors are slamming shut to traditional Western missionaries. But a Latino can blend in much more readily in many countries. We want to help equip and mobilize physicians, other health care workers, lay pastors and evangelists so that they are able to accurately communicate God's word and His gospel message where ever they go. It is our dream to train, mentor and launch others who will in turn have a multiplied impact on the world in His name. |
